How annoying is it to get the "this must be a manipulation" comment? Especially from people who know nothing about photography... I hate how it's easier to believe in manipulation-skills rather than in photography-skills.
I've been staring at this for at LEAST half an hour, and I'm still in awe of how this was done. I think I've figured it out, but the marvellous thing about this pic is it's ambiguity - it could be done any one of a number of ways... I salute you, both on the well-deserved DD but on such an amazing and ponder-worthy pic!
